Wellington Oliveira

In 1997, a newly licensed Realtor walked into Jill’s office. He was extremely eager to learn and begin his new profession. Wellington is trilingual in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. He was ready to help others in realizing their dreams of home ownership, and as an educator and Real Estate Broker, Jill was ready to be his mentor.

Several years later, he became a Broker and opened his office in Newark, NJ. In order to take care of his mom, who was in need of care in Brazil, he returned to his native homeland.

In August of 2024, this same professional walked into Jill’s office with the following words: “Everything I know about the laws and ethics of Real Estate I learned from you, Jill, and I want to come home to work with you.”

What a rewarding moment, after so many years, to welcome back Wellington Oliveira to the Jill Guzman Family! Now a full-time Broker/Realtor Associate, he is again working with Jill and her team!
